What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We use cookies to keep you signed in and, only with your explicit consent, to collect anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Cookies we set
We set three cookies in total — two essential, one optional:
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
next-auth.session-token | Keeps you signed in to your account | 30 days | Essential — no consent required |
cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preference (yes / no) | 1 year | Essential — no consent required |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — anonymous page view and session data | Up to 2 years | Requires consent |
Managing your preferences
When you first visit the site a cookie banner asks for your analytics consent. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your cookie_consent cookie in your browser settings, which will show the banner again on your next visit. Alternatively, clear all site cookies in your browser to reset everything.
Essential cookies cannot be turned off — disabling them would break sign-in functionality.
Third-party cookies
Google Analytics sets _ga and related cookies on our behalf. These are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Google Analytics is only loaded after you accept cookies.
Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud and provide a secure payment flow. These are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
