Terms & Conditions

1. Products
All plugins sold on this store are digital goods provided as-is. By completing a purchase you receive a lifetime licence to use the plugin on one website (single-site licence) unless the product listing states otherwise.
2. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our plugins. This includes but is not limited to:
- Website downtime or degraded performance
- Loss of data or revenue
- Security vulnerabilities introduced through misconfiguration
- Conflicts with third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments
3. No guaranteed updates
Updates are provided on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed. We will endeavour to maintain compatibility with current stable WordPress and PHP releases, but we make no warranty as to the frequency, scope, or availability of future updates.
4. No guaranteed compatibility
We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, hosting environments, or WordPress configurations. You are responsible for testing plugins in a staging environment before deploying to production.
5. Support
Support is limited to:
- Installation assistance
- Bug reports reproducible in a clean WordPress environment
Support does not include custom development, design modifications, or third-party integrations unless separately agreed and quoted in writing.
6. Custom development
Customisation requests may be declined at our sole discretion. If accepted, work will be quoted and invoiced separately at standard development rates. Acceptance of a written quote constitutes a separate agreement independent of these terms.
7. Refund policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis entirely at our discretion. To request consideration, contact us before downloading the product. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Licence restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicence, or otherwise make our plugins available to third parties in any form. Each licence is tied to a single account and a single production website.
9. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach these terms. Active licences may be revoked without refund where a breach has occurred.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
